The New Testament is the part of the Bible that follows the life and teachings of the Messiah. It also stands as a document that show contemporary advice given out to the new followers of Christ and the fledgling Christian church over 2,000 years ago.

As humans haven’t changed all that much since then and as our emotions are identical, the messages in the Bible are still relevant to us today. There are 27 books in the New Testament and many of them have verses that are appropriate for death, loss, and funeral rites.
